  18. LEAD TRACKER is intended for use by anyone who operates in a marketing
  19. environment, and who wants to keep track of his/her leads. It is, in its
  20. current form, dedicated to Home Improvement contractors, but may be used by
  21. others whose business interests run along parallel lines.

  23. Tracks telemarketing sales leads and job costs and profits. Sorts, collates,
  24. and prints reports. Tracks sales leads from initial contact to call-back
  25. through sale to job completion. Powerful new P&L balance sheets yield
  26. real-time profit status. A contractor should be able to automate and control
  27. his/her entire operation using this program. Includes statistical ratios and
  28. reports.

  30. The advantage of using this system is that all formulae for the application
  31. are intrinsically included. The User is not required to implement complicated
  32. cross references nor debug any program.

  34. And because Lead Tracker is PC based, the system retains some residual equity
  35. at all times, so that if in the future the system is abandoned, or an upgrade
  36. is made, a major portion of the initial investment can be recovered. Also,
  37. since the system is PC based, any of the workstations may be unplugged from
  38. the network and used for other purposes...and then reconnected.
